hari ni dr omer ajar pharmacotherapeutics in asthma
interesting indeed as finally exposed on how to deal with asthma cases
not that before ni tak pernah, tak kire nye formal education
on how to, what to give in specific diseases..blom lagi

so i must say important nak master subject pharmacotherapeutic ni
killer subject ni


satu lagi mende interesting tau arini is that
pharmacoepidemiology studies show that usual practice of
vitamin C consumption to treat common colds ni tak nampak pun dalam data
means, kalau demam selsema tu tak payah nak amek vitamin c bergelen2
konon dapat increase immune system nak fight cold tu

sebenarnye this thing jadi interesting cos my father practices it
anak2 demam mmg abah beli redoxon tu

bagi yang demam tu minum
depan abah..tak caye anak2 die ni hehe
tiap2 malam kene minum
air bergelen2 plak tu errr


so lepas ni bleh la bagi tau abah yang tak perlu overconsume vit c
mase demam
amek dose biase je

vitamin c for prevention of cold lain cerita
tu boleh.tapi the key is to take in moderation

tu lah sedikit sebanyak ilmu yg dapat arini

i'd still like to keep my distance and pride as a woman,
not to discuss that matter with people i barely know
